A 6-Week Diamond Heart Leadership Circle · May 2026
6-Week Diamond Heart Leadership Circle for Americans Who Refuse to Be Helpless
Maybe you've been carrying a particular kind of weight since the election.
The weight of witnessing ICE concentration camps. Democratic collapse. Economic betrayal by a billionaire cabinet. Cruelty elevated to policy.
If you keep asking yourself, "What can I actually DO?"—you're not alone.
"Everyone in the world has one torch to carry.
Not everyone's torch. Not ten torches. Just yours.
You can't carry someone else's torch—but you have an obligation
to pick up YOUR torch."
This 6-week program helps you find yours.
Let's be honest about what we're facing.
We're witnessing a direct assault on democracy, human rights, and the vulnerable. Institutions meant to protect people are being dismantled. Courts stacked. Laws ignored. The rule of law replaced by the rule of the powerful.
This isn't "challenging times." This is deliberate cruelty as policy.
And if your nervous system has been screaming—it's responding appropriately to threat.
For those carrying moral injury right now: you're not broken. You're injured. There's a difference.
Moral injury is what happens when:
Maybe you recognize some of these patterns:
Persistent guilt or shame (even though you didn't cause this) · Loss of trust in institutions · Difficulty experiencing joy · A pervasive sense that "nothing I do will matter" · Rage with nowhere to go · Isolation when others don't see what you see
This is real. And you are not alone in it.
Millions of Americans are carrying this same weight.
The question is: what do you do with it?
Historian Heather Cox Richardson shares a story that cuts through the paralysis many of us feel.
A Tibetan Buddhist leader was speaking with a candidate running for office. The candidate was overwhelmed: "How can I possibly make a difference? The problems are so enormous."
The teacher responded:
Not ten torches. Not everyone's torch. Not the torch that looks most impressive to others.
YOUR torch.
Here's the trap so many of us fall into: we see ALL the emergencies, and we try to respond to ALL of them, and we burn out before we've made any sustained impact on ANY of them.
But when you identify YOUR torch—the one that sits at the intersection of your unique gifts and what breaks your heart—you can carry it for the long haul. You can sustain the work. You can stop feeling helpless and start acting powerfully.
That's what this program does.
This isn't a program that tells you what to do. I'm not handing you my torch—I'm helping you discover yours.
Identify your specific torch Where your unique capacities meet what breaks your heart
Build the inner power to carry it Through chakra activation, embodied practices, and spiritual warriorship
Develop sustainable skills So you can act powerfully without burning out
Connect to clear vision The world you're helping to create, not just what you're fighting against
Commit to a path forward With a concrete plan and ongoing support
The grandmother feeding her neighborhood matters as much as the lawyer fighting deportation cases.
The artist making beauty matters as much as the organizer building power.
Delivering flowers to isolated elders matters as much as writing exposés that shift national conversation.
You don't have to be on the national stage.
You have to pick up YOUR torch.
"I was experiencing a lot of tension physically and confusion about what to do, how to respond to the tumult of the political situation that was arising."
"After the program, the tension has gone away. I still live with creative tension, but that physical tension has reduced significantly. I have learned to respond and react selectively—not trying to respond to everything I see, but to choose carefully what I can respond to and follow through on."
"This is a big relief. The program helped me to do that."
Mary Ann Williams
Retired Group Process Facilitator & Training Designer
We start where you are: in the horror, the helplessness, the rage, the grief. No "love and light" gloss over atrocity. Diamond clarity requires seeing what IS. You'll name what's happening, feel what you feel, validate it—and begin to sense where YOUR unique response might lie.
Daily morning emails begin this week.
You can't carry your torch on willpower alone. This week you'll activate your inner sources of power through the upgraded 12-chakra system. Extended video guide + daily short practices build the embodied habit of energizing your system. Torch-bearer discipline. Minutes a day—and all the difference for sustainability.
The pivotal week. Through guided reflection, intuitive processes, and a journey with your Torch Spirit Guide, you'll identify your specific torch. Not what you "should" do. Not what looks impressive. What YOU are uniquely equipped and called to carry.
3-week chakra challenge begins.
Torch-bearing isn't about heroic sprints—it's about sustainable service. You'll develop practical and energetic skills: boundaries (what's yours to carry), energy management (recognizing depletion before collapse), strategic action, and community support.
Resistance fueled only by rage burns out. This week you'll connect to the world you're helping to create—the vision that sustains you when early victories don't come. What democracy reclaimed looks like. What your community thriving feels like. What you're building, not just tearing down.
Integration and commitment. You'll create a focused 4-week plan—identifying one person who supports you, one resource you need, one ritual that grounds you. Concrete commitments. And you'll learn about ongoing support, including the free Torch Empowerment Bridge Call (September 27, 2026).
"I was doing my work, having a good life and continuing to explore. But I was not getting the same support and understanding that I'm getting now from doing this work and being with these other wonderful people in this group."
"I'm much clearer. I'm more motivated. I use my time better. I get more done. And my meditation practice is deepening—and I've meditated for many years. Who'd have thought that we can go deeper?"
"I'm addressing many issues, boundary issues, and I'm taking a lot more care of myself and learning how to take care of myself."
"I would totally say just do it. You can't—there's no way it can be a bad decision. It's a wonderful opportunity, absolutely wonderful opportunity not to be missed if you're really sincere in your work and what you want—your exploration and your yearning for the truth."

After your summer integration period (July–August), join Andrea for a complimentary bridge call. "I've advocated for Home Sharing for over 20 years and never been able to overcome my doubts to share this vision that shifts the housing paradigm. I know in my bones that Andrea has the insight and skill to bring this out of me after many years."
"This coaching group has been a blessing—to take this personal and private journey in the company of other women who are on their own journey and are powerful in and of themselves. To share this journey with this group, I feel is quite a privilege."
"I really credit Andrea and this group for bringing this out of me. I have every confidence that this will be successful. For me, this housing thing that I'm working on is a paradigm shift that we really need."
"My advice is to not second-guess yourself and just go with it. Go with your heart because your heart knows the way."

I don't guide this program from theory. I guide it from my own experience as a highly successful strategic activist—from the loneliness of being first to act, and the transformation that occurs when you refuse to abandon your center.
Let me tell you about two torches I've carried.
In February 2017, I initiated Buddhist Project Sunshine—a year-long investigation into entrenched patterns of sexualized violence within the Shambhala Buddhist community, one of the largest Tibetan Buddhist organizations in the West.
I was the first person to create change, and I did it in one year. I designed a five-phase process: creating a safe container for truth-telling, gathering anonymous survivor impact statements, establishing high-calibre integrity for a community in crisis, collaborating with a professional investigator, and publishing the real story grounded in investigative rigor globally through social media and major world media, such as the New York Times and The Guardian.
The institution fought back. In August 2018, I made the decision to publish credible allegations publicly—standing alone against a global organization, devoted members, and threats to my safety, reputation, and spiritual community.
Buddhist Project Sunshine catalyzed international investigations, major media coverage, and ultimately led to the leader's resignation and institutional reforms. I learned this: accountability and healing are not opposing forces—they are complementary aspects of genuine transformation.
In April 2025, I moved into a Halifax apartment marketed as non-smoking. Within weeks, smoke was pouring into my home. I documented 128 smoke incidents and contacted CAPREIT 28 times—with medical documentation from three physician visits.
Their response? Meetings cancelled. Emails ignored. With no legal training, I represented myself against CAPREIT's legal team through multiple hearings. I cross-examined witnesses, presented evidence from three independent sources, and delivered closing arguments citing Supreme Court of Canada precedents.
The result: building-wide smoking prohibitions installed. Four-month notices served to smoking tenants. Complex-wide policy communication about transitioning to smoke-free buildings. I learned this: one person with clarity, documentation, and a high level of chutzpah can change a billion-dollar corporation's behavior.
These two experiences—one spiritual, one material—taught me the same essential truth: when institutions fail to uphold their stated values, individuals with clarity, courage, and compassionate power can catalyze systemic change—even when facing overwhelming odds.
The diamond/vajra that cuts through institutional gaslighting
Warrior spirit that stands alone when necessary
Sacred heart that holds accountability AND healing
I've been a Buddhist practitioner for over 50 years. My refuge name is Prajna Torch—which means "torch of seeing things as they are." My role has always been about lighting other people's torches.
I've carried my torches. Now I help others pick up theirs.
You're in the right place.
"One of the things I loved about Andrea was that I really felt that she understood where I was on my path, and what my relationship with Spirit was, and how important spirit was to me."
"I just feel so much more set up for being a truly effective activist in the world, and really bringing in the Golden Age with true authenticity, not having to play a role and hide parts of myself."
"It was a stretch financially for me. And looking back on it, the financial investment was so worth it. If you want to level up your spiritual commitment and your commitment to doing good in the world—it's a good investment."
Christiann
Seattle, Washington
"When the Trump administration took office I was outraged and feeling helpless. Fearful and overwhelmed, completely out of alignment. It was affecting all my relationships. I could not sleep. I had no energy for anything."
"The program has been hugely beneficial. It has taken me inward to look with clarity at every situation and guided me to see the world with better focus. It helped me see the fear as illusion and understand my relationship with myself and others."
"In one month, I have been able to let go of so many harmful and hateful patterns, regain balance, find joy in life again and sit with peace."
"Take back your power! Give yourself the gift of peace and joy while you do this work. I promise you will not be disappointed."

You have 2–3 hours per week to invest in transformative work during May 18 – June 28, 2026
You're willing to face your fears (with support) to claim your torch
You're committed to your own wellbeing AND reclaiming democracy in America
You're ready to stop waiting and start acting—even if you don't know what that looks like yet
You're open to spiritual practices (chakra work, meditation, intuitive processes) integrated with practical strategy
You want to be part of a supportive community of fellow torch-bearers who understand what you're experiencing
You want someone to tell you what to do (I help you find YOUR torch, not hand you mine)
You're looking for quick fixes or spiritual bypassing—this is deep work that honors the real pain of this moment
You can't commit to the full 6 weeks (May 18 – June 28, 2026)
You're not ready to be in community—connection and witnessing are part of the transformation
You have other major commitments during this period that would prevent you from being fully present to the work
Not "Am I qualified?" or "Am I ready?"
The question is: "Is my torch calling me?"
If you feel even a flicker of YES — trust that. Apply.
"I feel much more self-confident than I've ever in my 80 years felt."
"I learned so much. Definitely more empowered. The structure has given me strength. The peace wave and the chakra meditation have formed a new practice for me that I do every morning."
"My advice: Go with your gut. If you feel anything that this is the right way to go for you, go for it. Don't second-guess yourself or go down the rabbit hole of what-ifs. Just go for it."

Blissfully Retired Octogenarian, Grass Valley, CA
That's exactly why you're here. Most people don't know their torch when they start—they just know something needs to shift. This program is designed to help you discover it through guided reflection, embodied practices, and community witnessing. By Week 3, clarity emerges. Trust the process.
If you think leadership means being on a stage or having a title, this might shift your perspective. Leadership is taking responsibility for what's yours to carry. The grandmother feeding her neighborhood is a leader. The person protecting truth in their classroom is a leader. The artist making beauty as resistance is a leader. If you're ready to stop being a bystander, you're ready for this program.
Every call is recorded and available for your private review. While live participation is valuable, you can absolutely complete the program successfully if you need to catch some calls on recording. We also offer a make-up call on Tuesday, May 26 at 6:30 PM ET for those who miss the May 24 call due to Memorial Day weekend.
This program integrates three streams rarely combined: spiritual practice (chakra activation, meditation, intuitive guidance), emotional intelligence (processing moral injury, building resilience), and strategic action (identifying YOUR specific contribution and building capacity to sustain it).
Unlike therapy, we're not focused on healing past wounds—we're building capacity for present and future action. Unlike typical activism training, we honor the spiritual and emotional dimensions that make sustainable service possible. I bring clinical therapy training to expertly guide you through emotional impasses—but we move through them in service of your torch-work.
This is a complete 6-week journey (May 18 – June 28, 2026). After the program, you'll have a summer integration period (July–August). On September 27, 2026, all participants are invited to a FREE Torch Empowerment Bridge Call. For those who want to deepen and structure their torch-work, the Torch Empowerment Program (October–November 2026) is available.
Here's the truth: you're already spending time overwhelmed. This program helps you channel that energy into focused, sustainable action. The time commitment is 2–3 hours per week—one hour for the live call, 1–2 hours for Homeplay, plus optional daily practices (5–10 minutes). Many participants find they actually have MORE time and energy after the program because they're no longer spinning in paralysis.
This program is specifically designed for Americans responding to the assault on U.S. democracy. The political context, moral injury, and torch-finding process are tailored to that experience. If you're an international ally or expat American, you're welcome to apply—but know that the content centers the American experience.
Andrea is looking for people who demonstrate readiness (time and space to invest 2–3 hours/week), willingness (open to facing fears with support), commitment (dedicated to your wellbeing AND reclaiming democracy), and alignment (this program's approach resonates with you). The application itself is an insightful self-assessment. If you complete it honestly and you're truly ready, that will come through.
Due to the selective nature of this program and the immediate value you receive upon acceptance (complete program book, guided audio access, online community), all sales are final. When you're accepted, you're taking one of only 7 spots—which means someone else on the waitlist won't have that opportunity. Apply only if you're truly ready to commit to the full 6 weeks.
You'll hear back within 1 week of submitting your application. If you're accepted, you'll receive an invitation to enroll with payment instructions. Once payment is received, you'll get immediate access to the program book and community. The first week's homeplay will be released Monday May 18 and the first live call is Sunday May 24, 2026.

The application itself is an insightful self-assessment. The questions are designed to surface what's actually stopping you from stepping into your power. Completing it honestly will reveal something you need to know—whether or not you're accepted.
Only those who demonstrate readiness, commitment, and alignment with the work will be invited to join. Once 7 qualified applicants are accepted, enrollment closes.
