Make explicit what you already sense at a soul level through a guided Soul Art journey—a right-brain process that helps you articulate gifts you may have been living but not fully naming.

Get specific about who's waiting for what you offer. Not "everyone" or "anyone." But WHO—the people whose lives will be changed by your unique gifts.

Create a compelling vision for how your gifts want to be brought forward this year. Clear, embodied vision that naturally pulls you forward.

Identify your "Spirit in Action"—the concrete first step that honors what emerged. Because vision without embodied action remains potential.

I've been using this visioning process with coaching clients for over 10 years. It accesses wisdom that lives beyond analytical mind—helping you name and articulate what you already know at a soul level.
This is work for practitioners. It requires willingness to trust yourself and let your soul speak.
We begin by clarifying what you want to discover about your soul gifts. Seven powerful questions help you get specific about your vision.
Trace two body parts that represent the full range of yourself—what you love and what you've been hiding. This becomes the container for your Soul Art.
For 11 minutes, guided by beautiful music ("Flow Like A River"), you'll draw a vision of your soul gifts fully expressed. This is where the magic happens.
Through six reflection questions, we harvest the wisdom your Soul Art is communicating. Patterns emerge. Clarity crystallizes.
You identify your concrete first step—your commitment to honoring what emerged. Vision becomes action.
Q&A, community connection, and for those who want to go deeper, an invitation to the 6-week Gift Empowerment program starting February 9.

I just returned from my annual two-week spiritual retreat. For 40 years, I've honored this rhythm: intensive engagement followed by sacred pause.
And in that silence, three themes emerged for 2026:
1. Gifts must be brought fully into the world.
Not kept small. Not hidden. Not saved for "someday." The world needs what each of us uniquely has to offer.
2. Vision precedes strategy.
We can't plan our way to what wants to emerge. We have to see it first, feel it, know it at a soul level. Then the practical steps become clear.
3. Service is the antidote to uncertainty.
When we focus on who needs what we have to offer—when we make it about service rather than success—everything else falls into place.
These aren't just my themes. They're what 2026 is asking of all of us.
January is when vision naturally wants to form. The pause between years created space. Now is the time to name what wants to emerge.
That's why this workshop exists. That's why the timing matters.
I'm a Mindful Leadership Coach who helps conscious leaders discover and powerfully express their unique soul gifts.
For 40 years, I've practiced spiritual disciplines—growing up in a Tibetan Buddhist community and training in Soul Art visioning for three years. I've been using this exact process with coaching clients—business leaders, academics, entrepreneurs—for over 10 years.
Recently, I spent eight months standing firm against a $14.5 billion corporation in a tenant rights case. The practices I'll share with you on January 20th are the same ones that sustained me through that challenge—they're not just theory. They work under real pressure.
I believe 2026 is calling us to bring our gifts fully forward. Not someday. Now. And I created this workshop to help you discover what that means for you.
Your soul gifts matter. The world needs them. And this journey begins with vision.
I'd be honored to guide you.
