Module 1

Foundation — Abundance & Self-Care

Weeks 1–2: Connect with what abundance truly means to you through body-based exploration. Establish a daily affirmation practice and abundance mantra. Partner with the Divine for your sacred business journey. Create 2–3 self-care anchors, design your visual Abundance Map, and prepare physically and mentally for the 12 weeks ahead. Time commitment: 2–3 hours per week.

Module 2

Inner Commerce — Value, Pricing & Niche

Weeks 3–4: The most important inner work of the program. Surface your money stories and conditioned undervaluing. Discover what one hour of your sacred service is truly worth. Build a soul-aligned pricing framework (Free Taste, Base Purchase, optional premium tier). Then move outward: identify your Ideal Customer Avatar through real-person vignettes, build a 10-person contact list, and set up your tracking system. Time commitment: 3–4 hours per week.

Offer Clarity & Outreach Preparation

Weeks 5–6: Articulate your Soul Gifts and craft your Business Offer Statement. Design your Free Taste (a powerful 4-stage, 20–30 minute session that delivers value and invites purchase). Define your Base Purchase with full session outline. Write 5 ICA messages for different contexts. Craft outreach message templates for direct clients, referral sources, and follow-ups. Prepare emotionally and spiritually to begin reaching out. Time commitment: 3–3.5 hours per week.

Module 4

Flow-Building Outreach

Weeks 7–8: Your gentle launch. Begin with 5 contacts inviting people to your Free Taste, then build to 10–13 total contacts by module end. Conduct your first Free Taste sessions using the 4-stage outline—discovering needs, delivering value, and inviting aligned prospects to your Base Purchase. Set up your payment system and create a simple onboarding process for paying clients. Time commitment: 3–4 hours per week.

Module 5

Delivery & Full Engagement

Weeks 9–10: Full engagement. Choose one tailored strategy to amplify your momentum. Make 10–15 more contacts (20–28 total for the program). Flesh out your Base Purchase delivery guide session-by-session. Onboard and serve paying clients using all your systems. Create client communication templates and establish a Daily Energy Reset practice. Total contacts by module end: 20–28. Time commitment: 4–5 hours per week.

Module 6

Sustain, Reflect & Sacred Commerce Council

Weeks 11–12: Harvest and celebrate. Deep end-of-program reflection. Follow up with every lead—no one left behind. Build a simple 90-day action plan with 3 key goals and monthly milestones. Identify 3–5 referral partners. Recalibrate energy practices and boundaries for sustainable ongoing work. Document what worked in a Knowledge Transfer document. Discover your next step option: the Sacred Commerce Council. Time commitment: 3–4 hours per week.

Meet Andrea M. Winn

Andrea M. Winn, MEd, MCS, is a Sacred Commerce Coach who practices and teaches Sacred Commerce—a spiritual approach to business from Ancient Egypt that brings the Sacred Feminine back into business.

Andrea has been running businesses as her spiritual practice since 2011. She has integrated deep personal healing with strong academic training, healing arts training, social justice activism, and work with clients for over 20 years. She is a catalyst for change, healing, and authenticity. Her passion is empowering people to transition from feeling entrapped to living their full potential.

Buddhist Project Sunshine (2011)

Andrea's first major breakthrough, Buddhist Project Sunshine, reached over 10,000 people and transformed their lives for the better in just one year. It is a powerful example of how we can improve people's lives when we are clear about our mission, work skillfully with energies blocking change, and employ powerful spiritual business practices and structures—all while making the income needed to sustain ourselves and our business.
