I myself have gone through deep emotional traumas. Living in Toronto I’ve been very lucky, and I got to participate in many great therapy group programs. In these groups I noticed that I healed much more rapidly than the other participants. I believe this is because I have been gifted with a rich meditation background. My capacity to reconnect with my heart through these healing programs was strongly enhanced by my meditation practice. Meditation empowered me to “speed heal”!

Week 1: Welcome and preparing for the journey

In this week you will:

  • Receive daily emails with short assignments to prepare for the journey

Week 2: Anger and healing

In this week you will:

  • Learn about anger and the process of healing it

Week 3: Righteous rage and how to grieve

In this week you will:

  • Learn about righteous rage
  • Do an exercise to grieve past heart breaks and hurts

Week 4: Other dimensions of anger

In this week you will:

  • Learn how our natural instinct can be injured and repaired
  • Be introduced to the notion of Collective Rage
  • Understand what it is like to be stuck in old rage
  • Do 2 contemplation meditations

Week 5: How to forgive

In this week you will:

  • Learn Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes’ 4-stage formula for forgiveness
  • Explore how this applies to you
  • Do 2 contemplation meditations

Week 6: Integrate this healing experience

In this week you will:

  • Explore how you will integrate your learnings from this experience into various aspects of your life: Physical, Relationship with Yourself, Spiritual, Emotional and Relationship with Others, and Financial.
  • Explore next steps for your journey

 

Here’s how the program works:

  1. I will guide you through a 1-week preparation process
  2. For the next 4 weeks you will receive emails carefully guiding you through a process of healing. We will be using the book, Women Who Run With the Wolves, by Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes. By deepening your meditative awareness through meditation practice, you will have a much more stable mind and heart to engage Estes’ healing process for rage.
  3. In the final week, I will lead you in an integration process so that you fully benefit from the amazing healing work you did in the first 5 weeks!
  4. Throughout the program you will have access to a private community discussion space where I and other program participants will be answering your questions and engaging with you about your journey. This discussion space is only for those registered in the program.
